All fees are payable at the time of registration each semester unless otherwise noted in the . Registration at the beginning of each term is incomplete until all fees are paid, and no student may be admitted to classes without having met his/her financial obligations. No student may re-enroll, graduate, or receive a transcript until all accounts are settled. The term "account" includes any indebtedness or obligation to the College. The student's responsibility for any indebtedness or obligation to the College is not relieved by non-attendance of class.

TN eCampus students pay maintenance fees based on residency status plus an online course fee and mandatory fees charged to every student. Please see the document links below for detailed amounts.
- Available to Out-of-State residents, residing outside of TN, taking all online courses
- Additional $88 per credit hour, in addition to In-State rates or In-State TN eCampus rates

Applicants who are not enrolled for credit courses may register to audit courses with the approval of the Director of Records and Registration upon the recommendation of the division chairperson.
Fees for audits will be assessed on the same basis as fees for credit courses. Auditors are not required to prepare lessons or papers, or take examinations. They do not receive a grade. They are not required to take part in class discussions or laboratory or field work.
Persons 60 years of age and over who are domiciled in Tennessee may audit credit classes at no maintenance charge, providing there is space available and sufficient fee enrollment. Special course fees or lab fees may be charged where required. Senior citizens who audit classes will be required to submit an application for admission to the College.
Persons 65 years of age and over who are domiciled in Tennessee may take classes for credit with a maximum fee of $70.00, providing there is space available and sufficient fee enrollment. Regents Online courses have a special online course fee that is charged in addition to the $70.00 maximum fee. All admissions requirements must be met. Senior citizens must verify their birth date, either with their driver's license or birth certificate.

Special fees may be charged where required. Totally disabled persons who audit classes will be required to submit an application for admission to the College.

(1) These fees are added to the total of maintenance and technology fees. Students enrolled in Dual Enrollment courses do not pay these fees.

(3) The last day for a 100% refund on IncludEd Fees is set by Follett bookstore and will coincide with their refund dates. This is the book fee for these courses.
Access to billing statements: Account statement information will be available to students in to view or print out for their records. Students on the Deferred Payment Plan do not receive paper bills.
Fee change policies: The college, in conjunction with the Tennessee Board of Regents, reserves the right to add, delete, or change fees for admission to the college or for services rendered by the college at any time without prior notice to the public.
Some academic programs have additional costs outside of tuition, maintenance fees, miscellaneous fees, books, etc. Students should contact their academic programs for information related to these additional costs.
